Regan MOVES is an exercise program designed to help people living with lupus – and other chronic conditions – reduce joint pain, increase energy, and regain freedom of movement while exercising. This fitness class will help strengthen muscles that support joints without creating pressure or intense impact. Regan’s motto for the class is “we work smarter, not harder, on the joints, and if it hurts, stop.”
