Neuroscience research suggests that people who create their own healing imagery do much better overall in coping with illness and life in general. Join Elizabeth Dickinson for this class and explore ways to work and play with guided imagery and relaxation techniques to promote a less stressed life.
Elizabeth is a personal life coach and public speaker. She holds a B.Ed. Honours from the University of Cambridge in England, an M.A. in Holistic Counseling Psychology, and Professional Coaching Certification from Adler Graduate Institute.
