Mind-Body-Spirit Integration with Joni Polehna (Holistic Health Series)
|Date:||Monday, July 15, 2013|
|Time:||1:00 pm – 2:30 pm|
|Location:||Lupus Foundation of Minnesota Office, Bloomington|
In this workshop, Joni Polehna discusses Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) created by Gary Craig, an ordained minister. EFT combines the sciences of Mind/Body Medicine and Acupuncture wherein we stimulate certain energy meridian points on the body by tapping on them with our fingertips.
Since emotional stress can contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find that even though we focus on releasing emotional issues, EFT provides astonishing physical relief. Learn how to identify emotional issues you may want to release and learn the basic pattern of tapping on the body’s energy points that you can use on your own. While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it.
