    Although inflammation is a common symptom for people living with lupus and other autoimmune diseases, there are ways to successfully manage it your daily life. During this seminar, Paul Ratté, ND, will address the underlying causes of inflammation and discuss key strategies to decrease inflammation, pain, and fatigue, including nutrition, diet, and lifestyle changes.

    Exercising Your Rights: Public and Private Disability Insurance and Employment Discrimination Seminar

    What are your rights if your employer thinks you can’t work anymore? What if you believe you can no longer work, but you’ve been denied benefits?

    This seminar will provide information about these and other questions related to living with lupus, arthritis, multiple sclerosis and other autoimmune diseases. Specifically, the presentation will focus on how to navigate discrimination in the workplace and apply for short- and long-term insurance, social security disability insurance and supplemental security income.
