Featuring the art of SoulCollage presented by Kathleen Grittner of Full Circle Retreat, the Quarterly Lupus Dinner Discussion is an opportunity for those with lupus and their supporters to connect with others and discuss topics related to living with lupus…
Tonight, Kathleen Grittner, who holds a master’s degree in art therapy and is the proprietress of Full Circle Retreat, joins us for the evening to offer a unique and creative experience where she will introduce the art of SoulCollage.
SoulCollage is a simple, yet profound way of listening to and trusting your own inner teacher–your intuition. Using the art method of collage, the group makes “cards” that may surprise and awaken you! It is a tangible way to know yourself in all your diversity and depth and can assist you in bringing the many parts of your life into balance and harmony. It’s easy to learn and inspires individual creativity and encourages good communication in families and groups. Anyone can enjoy this multi-leveled, creative process.
