    Easing Chronic Pain Seminar: Strategies for Relief

    Chronic pain is a common and often debilitating symptom of lupus and other chronic conditions. During this seminar, clinical nurse specialist Mary Beshara will focus on why we feel pain and how it travels through the body. She will also share different strategies participants may use to manage pain, including breath work, aromatherapy, and other relaxation techniques.
