The program is designed to examine thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and actions in the patient/professional relationship and steps for building a collaborative partnership. The techniques and tools are designed to keep the lines of communication open, while addressing the varying complications, symptoms and emotions that occur in the lives of those touched by a chronic illness.
Six Continuing Education hours are awarded. Registration required by June 21, 2012.
