The Community Connections Series is a bimonthly opportunity for those with lupus and their supporters to connect with others, discuss living healthy with lupus and share the most recent developments in the lupus field. Join us for this session: The Alexander Technique: Helpful Tools for Enhancing Daily Life.
This session with Erin Thompson, ATI certified Alexander Technique teacher, will focus on ways to improve postural alignment in daily activities to increase lung capacity, mobility and vitality. The Alexander Technique is a method used to improve an individual’s overall coordination, minimizing pain and tension and enhancing ease and freedom of movement in daily activities.
